I was born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and hold a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Saskatchewan that supported me in my years of leadership, coaching, and business development with value aligned companies. Although I loved my work, my personal experiences with mental health and passion for supporting others in their wellness journeys led me to pursue my Master of Counselling at City University here in the beautiful city of Vancouver I now call home. I am grateful to have travelled and lived in various countries and communities around the world.
