Owning Harlem Java House in Harlem, Georgia, near Augusta, has been an incredible journey for my husband and I. As we prepare for the first full week of April and the excitement of the Masters Tournament, our café becomes a hub of activity and anticipation. ⛳️

In this video, we share a glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes as we get ready for the big week ahead. From refining our menu to sourcing the best ingredients, every detail is important to us. We take pride in showcasing the best of southern hospitality to our patrons, whether they’re locals or visitors here for the tournament. 🍑

One of the most exciting moments for us was the last-minute request to cater for Club Car’s ribbon cutting ceremony, attended by Governor Brian Kemp and other dignitaries. It was a testament to the hard work and dedication we put into our café, and it was an honor to be part of such a prestigious event.

Being able to contribute to events like the Masters Tournament and cater for important gatherings allows us to be part of a bigger picture. Despite being a small café, we are able to make a meaningful impact on our community and showcase the best of what Harlem, Georgia, has to offer. Owning Harlem Java House is not just a business for us; it’s a way to be actively involved in the growth and vibrancy of our community. We are grateful for the support of our patrons and the opportunity to be part of something larger than ourselves.
